Created while a pharmacy APPE student (but now upgraded), these guides were originally created for a pharmacy student or resident dipping their toes into patient workups. 

This guide offers a comprehensive approach to working up patients, ensuring a thorough understanding of crucial aspects of pharmaceutical practice on the general medicine floor, or act as a general patient workup guide. Each guide presents pertinent questions that arise during patient workups, sections to help get you thinking about a SOAP note, and more. This strategic questioning not only enhances critical thinking skills but also provides a structured framework for a more thorough examination of patient cases.

What you can download after purchase: Once payment has been fully received (can take 24-48 hours to process on our end), you should receive an email with a PDF version of the workbook (suitable for iPads, and other electronic devices for handwritten note-taking) or for print, and an accessible PDF version suitable to fill out on a laptop, desktop, etc.
